SHARING CITY & TACTICAL URBANISM: HOW SMART CITY CAN ENABLE AND PROMOTE CITIZEN PARTICIPATION IN A MORE INTERACTIVE WAY

Lack of transparency, long-term planning processes, and limited co-creation are parts of the encountering issues of cities. Consequently, collaboration across sectors, between stakeholders, and engaging citizens in the process plays an increasingly vital role in delivering a sustainable city. This research proposes ways of reusing the underutilized spaces and provides immediate interactions of citizens, the stakeholders, and the municipality to address the socio-economic and environmental challenges of the city.
